HR Generalist. Location: Monaghan. Role Type: Permanent Part Time 3 days per week. Sector: Manufacturing. This is an expanding operation where you will act as the first point of contact for all employees and ensure that the company is acting in line with all current legislation. You will need to have experience in a manufacturing environment and be capable of managing relationships at all levels. This is a straight forward HR role and we will be looking at candidates that have 3 years minimum experience at a similar level. Duties: Act as first point of contact for staff and management on all HR related issues. Support and advise management on all IR/ER issues. Responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date and relevant. Full remit for recruiting roles across all levels. Ensuring all training and development is current and completed for all new starters. Absence management. Aid in any grievance and disciplinary procedures. What you will need to have. Third level relevant qualification and CIPD qualified. Manufacturing experience. Strong knowledge of all current legislation. Excellent communication and influencing abilities. Strong work ethic.
