Project Manager. This great organistion has a super opportunity to manage essential projects. Reporting to the CEO you will work with the commercial & other departments to develop unique technical solutions. You will have: - Strong project mgt. with initiation, planning, design, execution to full commercialisation. Challenged & developed strategies to commercialise projects. Ensured that all projects are delivered on-time & within budget. Measured project performance via systems, tools & techniques. Role Deliverables: Be responsible for execution of assigned projects. Planning & defining projects with customers & management. Planning, mgt. & reporting of normal project elements including: WBS / Critical path monitoring & developing as changes needed. Resource Planning; developing schedules & time estimation. Budget dev't & cost estimation. Risk / Issue Analysis & Mgt. Monitoring & Reporting Progress. Team Leadership & development. Strategic Influencing - development of stakeholders & risk mgt. Business Partnering, supplier negotiation & development of negotiation strategies. Competencies to perform the role: Display great leadership with team motivation & development. Great conflict resolution & decision making. Time Mgt.: To work with team members, customers & mgt. Strong commercial skills - & maintaining budgets. Analytical Skills: solve problems via data & making good decisions. Process Driven: Develop, implement, replicate & improve processes. Commercial Awareness of business, customers; competitors & challenges. Experience & Qualifications. Formal project mgt. qualification/ certification (PRINCE 2; PMP. BSc Sci: (ie Pharma; agriculture or biotechnology. Experience. 5 years in project mgt. Exp developing projects in food/ agritech/biotech. The use of project mgt. software, such as Ms Project. Have commercialised a product/process through mgt. of a multi-disciplinary team. Excellent client-facing & internal communication skills. Solid organisational skills including attention to detail & multi-tasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. An excellent salary and benefits are on offer.
