An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banqueting Manager to join an award winning hotel team in beautiful Monaghan. This is a very hand's on role and you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the hotel on your shift, dealing with guest queries, meeting & greeting clients, running of functions & conferences. This position will require the person to work shift work and weekends, so flexibility is required. Ideal candidate will possess: Previous hotel management experience 2-3 years. Experience in F&B or C&B Manager. Excellent Communication & Organisational Skills. Proven Ability to lead and motivate the team. Excellent interpersonal skills. Conference & Banqueting experience gained in a 4* or 5* hotel with large C&B facilities. Excellent attention to detail. What you have to look forward to: Great working environment. Meals on duty.
