HR Business Partner. Reporting to the CEO you will be an integral part of the leadership team of a highly innovative organisation with a long standing presence in their industry. Role Deliverables: As business partner you will advise on all people matters. You will build trusted relationships with managers and staff. Form and drive the implementation of HR strategy. Work closely with the business teams and focus on the development of a new culture identity. Assist in building strong talent pipelines and manage all recruitment needs. Develop and manage the implementation of performance management system. Implement a training & coaching program for the full team. Work with the management team to build a clear picture on the future organisation. Problem solve and deliver creative solutions to any HR issues. Represent the company at industry/ learning events. Training and Development- end to end ownership of all learning and development initiatives. Reporting: Provide standard suite of HR reporting to Board standard. Experience and Qualifications. Qualifications. 3rd Level degree. Professional qualification from an accredited chartered institute such as the CIPD.
