QHSE - Standards Manager. Sector: Manufacturing. Location: Louth/Monaghan. The QHSE Standards Manager will be responsible for the effective deployment and maintenance of Quality , Health & Safety and Environmental standards across this busy, established manufacturing site. Key deliverable: Promoting awareness of policies, procedures and improvement objectives, communicating these to all levels of staff and the reporting on the performance and effectiveness of the Integrated Management System to management. Key Duties: Manage Quality, H&S and Environmental management systems, ensuring effective deployment across the organisation. Develop and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for the Quality and Health & Safety, ensuring employee awareness and training in these SOPs. Ensure all stakeholders have clear line of sight to quality, Health & Safety and Environmental vision and objectives, pushing quality upstream developing a culture of internal customer. Support Integrated Management System (IMS), product/factory approvals and EPA Licencing audits. Manage and maintain IMS procedures and controlled documents. Record and communicate on IMS metrics to all stakeholders. Customer complaints investigation, analysis, corrective action and resolution. Act as voice of customer internally. Ensure robust repeatable and measurement tools are made available to QA inspection points. Calibration program for manufacturing equipment. Are you suitable for this job? -3rd level qualification in Engineering, Science, Quality Management or other WCM qualification. -Minimum of 3 year's experience in fast paced manufacturing environment. -Demonstrated track record in deployment of World Class Manufacturing systems. -Proven ability to deliver change and drive continuous improvement on own initiative. -High Energy , self starter with a collaborative approach. -Excellent verbal communication skills at all levels inside and outside organisation.
