Monaghan County Council has recently undertaken the complete redevelopment of The Patrick Kavanagh Centre in Inniskeen.  The Centre is due to be officially opened in late Spring 2020 as a Kavanagh Exhibition and Performance venue.   The Council is now seeking to appoint a suitably qualified person to manage this new Visitor Experience and to promote a cluster of tourism experiences in South Monaghan.  The Manager will be required to work under the Tourism and Economic Development Directorate of the Council to oversee the day to day operations of the Centre and to promote other tourism experiences in the South Monaghan area in conjunction with their respective management teams.  The Manager will report to the Director of Services on all matters relating to the Centre and will work closely with the Tourism Officer.
