Hotel enjoys extensive Food and Beverage and Leisure and Conference facilities in an easily accessible central location with ample parking. The opportunity is to manage all operation of the Hotel, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and improve standards and service on an ongoing basis in all Rooms, FOH, M&E, Outlets and associated areas. Hotel has a good business mix with Rooms, Conference and Banqueting and excellent Leisure facilities and enjoys high level of exposure in the Events Market. Ideal Deputy Manager will have a good business experience in busy 4/5* F & B properties and will be fluent in current busines trends. Naturally you will be a "peoples" person, highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and professional development. You need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect, demand and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations.
