We are currently recruiting an experienced Bar Manager mainly responsible for daily Food and Beverage Operations to join a 4* Hotel in Monaghan. The role will require the effective and efficient management of all Hotel Bar Food and Beverage business and coordinating all day to day activities in the Hotel during your shift. Duty Manager experience also required. Requirements. · Experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations, Outlets, Rooms service. · Candidates need experience managing large Events, meetings etc - inc large Conferences, Weddings, banquets at this location. · Management experience in Rostering, Purchasing, ordering, stocka, Tills and cash management needed,  · Must display effective leadership and team management abilities. · Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person. · A positive attitude, a “can do” approach, an approachable style. · 3+ years Bar or Food and Beverage Management experience in 4* Hotel in Ireland preferred, · Work Permit is not available for this role, full legal status to work in Ireland is required. Responsibilities. · Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel F&B service. · Lead and guide the team as required during service / shift. · Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail. · Observe all shift and opening / closing procedures including C-19 guidelines. · Provide leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all.
